Packsaddle Bar-B-Que is one of San Angelo's oldest and most well known catering restaurants. Everyone enjoys great BBQ and our reasonable prices, large selection choices and good old fashioned personal service makes us a hit. You can be assured that all the details have been taken care of. Packsaddle's catering team is committed to making your event unique and the best! Packsaddle caters everything from casual banquets to formal events for groups of 50 to 800 or more guests.

Packsaddle also does deliveries for luncheons of 20 or more. We can deliver everything in disposables set up your luncheon and leave the meeting to you. Events like safety meeting, education meetings, staff meetings, pharmacy reps and board meetings.

Add our Peach Cobbler to either of the plate options above for an additional fee. Everyone will be happy!

CATERING DETAILS

Caterings are setup buffet style on the tables (tablecloths can be provided), or we can setup on the area designated by the customer. All food items are presented in insulated trays (hot and/or cold) on the food line. Our staff will serve the meats, your party will help themselves to the remainder of the food line.(This helps make sure your party attendees don't over serve themselves on the meats). Once the through the line, tea glasses will be set up for attendees to help themselves to sweet or unsweet tea.

Caterings will include a catering fee of $100 for up to 99 plates, $125 for up to 199 plates, $175 for up to 299 plates and so on.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Deliveries will be setup by Packsaddle BBQ staff on site. Once all items are delivered, the Packsaddle Bar-B-Que staff gets out of the way lets you enjoy. Delivery is available for 20+ plates.

Deliveries will include a delivery fee of $50 for in-town deliveries and a $1 per mile for out-of-town deliveries (each way).
